CAREER OPPORTUNITY AT PTCL FOR FINANCE MANAGER.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of procurement strategy document Vetting of commercial clauses of RFP/RFQ.
- Preparation of comparative statements of commercial bids.
- Computation of item-wise lowest commercial quotes.
- Preparation of price bench marks.
- Comparative analysis of quotes with the price bench marks.
- Loading / off-loading on commercial bids.
- Calculation of duties and taxes.
- Identifying / noting commercial observations / findings.
- Preparation of commercial evaluation reports.
- Price negotiations with bidders.
- Finalization of recommendations for award of work.
- Vetting commercial terms & price schedules of contracts.
- Ensure budgetary compliance.
- Ensure compliance to procurement SOPS.
Expertise Required:
MS Office (Advance Level in MS Excel is preferable)
Financial analysis
Report writing
Negotiation Skills.
Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates having
experience in ERP environment
The incumbent must have:
- Advanced degree in Finance, ACCA, ACA,ACMA or MBA Finance.
- At-least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and report writing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
