Education Required:
Candidates must have advanced degree from a recognized leading international university, PhD will be preferred. Candidates with advanced qualifications in Education, Management, or HRM are encouraged to apply.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 10 years academic experience, preferably in institutional development, capacity building and training, at national and international levels. Knowledge and experience of design, development and management for new institutions.
Demonstrated evidence of familiarity with the major capacity development challenges in higher education, promotion of excellence and productivity in teaching, research and academic governance, promotion of entrepreneurship, networking, advocacy, fundraising, financial management and human resource development.
