We are currently seeking an experienced human resources director to head our HR department and he/she will be managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. 

Responsibilities: 

o Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.

o Leading the organization's HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning, and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS), and financial planning of the department.

o Developing company wellbeing, health, and counseling policies.

o Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, to create a better working environment and engaged culture.

o Creating and managing the HR department's annual budget.

o Taking oversight of the company's culture.



Requirements. 

o Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.

o 07 to 1.0 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.

o Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.

o Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement preferred.

o Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.

o Expert with various HRIS applications
