Training Executive (Female Only)
Training Executive is responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing, and overseeing appropriate training. Requirements:
o Required Bachelor degree Training, HR or related field with 02 to 03 Years work experience.
o Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role, preferred hospitality trainer.
o Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
o Proven ability to complete a full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
o Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
o MS Office proficiency (full command in MS PowerPoint).
o Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Data Entry Operator:
Data Entry Operator responsible for entering data into different computer databases, manage and maintain effective record keeping. In addition, they may be responsible for organizing files, collecting and managing data to be entered into the computer. Requirements:
o Having a Bachelor's degree /Intermediate with 01 to 03 years of relevant experience.
o Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
o Must be able to type Urdu & Sindhi.
o Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
o knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
